    How wide is it from the outside mirror to mirror? I wanna make sure the Tacoma will fit in my garage.

    the mirrors do fold. width should be fine considering its a normal size garage. length will be your main issue.

    and if you have to fold your mirrors to get in your garage, you probably can't open the door to get out lol.

    true that. although id park so i could. i park my vw in the garage so i can get out the driver door, passenger door barely opens a few inches as the passenger fenders are like 3 inches from the wall. as its a ongoing process and not often driven this gives me extra room in the garage.

    There are garages that widen after the door. Most garages do anyway. My guess is that he's just gotta get it through the hole and then he's home free :D

    The Toyota site says 74.6 but I don't think that includes the mirrors that's why I was asking. 80 still seems a bit small. Can anyone measure it for me or at least measure one mirror so I can figure it out.

    Well how wide is your garage? If it is greater than 85" wide, I almost guarantee it will fit. You don't want to be within 1/4"... You will eventually rip at least one mirror off for sure backing out.
