hmm... i dont know with the 10lb tank cuz 10lb tank is alot shorter than the 20lb tank and i dont think you be able to wrap a strap around the tank to go on the side rails. the tank has to sit upright or atleast the valve being the highest point. when you go to simplex ask jeremiah if you could look at the mounting stuff hes got and get an idea and if it looks easy enough maybe we can make one. i guess you can just use a regular compressed air hose but if you gonna use a coil hose make sure you buy the polyurethane one cuz the plastic ones will just brake when it freezes

i was thinking after wat u said about a shorter bottle. if anything, i can mount it on the tire-well in the bed so its not sitting on the floor of the bed. higher location.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.

Nice  I run C02 and you will have everyone wanting to use yours. I have a #20 tank and it will last all wheeling season without a refill ( Airing up everyone too) and at $16 bucks to refill it you can't beat C02. I bought a #20 fire extinguisher truck mount for mine I had to modify it to work because the #20 C02 is a little wider but it's a nice mount and it was like 20 bucks on Ebay. As for a hose I bought the 30' hose from wheelers it's 43.00 bucks but it's awesome no freezing and i can air up all my tires without removing the tank from the truck.

ya i know. i keep using dons n gregs so i figured time to get my own. as for the mount i was thinking prob just a bottom plate n then fab some brackets that slide into rails in the bed n just strap it down that way. mounting it over the wheel bump in the bed cuz it'll make the bottle sit taller n more even to the rail. as for hose, i was gonna look at harbor freight n see wat they got, 4wheel parts, or even just ask the guys at the tank filling place. i just hope i got the right tank (that it can hold liquid co2) n not just compressed air.

Well from your pics you have a #10 C02 tank so your good for C02 the Reg on the other hand might freeze up on you. Mine is a liquid filled reg made for high flow. Only time will tell if your reg will be up to the job of filling tires without freezing.

I bought this one from wheelers it was the lowers price i found. When I was looking into C02 a lot of the guys doing homemade regs were having freezing issues so I just got one designed for C02.
