    having multiple reports go unanswered for hours (I'm assuming all the mods are sleeping? It is getting close to Thanksgiving...) the discussion should be reopened? There's been a slew of late night derps that went on into the morning .

    I'm not nominating myself nor any other member for this position, but suggesting that another (or a few) more mods might help get to all the crap that shouldn't be happening. (that thread up top has had pornographic links, name calling, personal attacks...)

    the 11 of you have done great, but the site is always growing.

    Juuuust a suggestion. You guys can lock the thread if a definite conclusion has been already been made.
