    well you can generally tell if its someones work attire, or their preferred normal wear. guys are programmed to go for the wrong women just as women are programmed to go after the wrong men. my mom raised me realisticly. but yeah thats how the brain does work to a degree, you want what you cant have, and if your the one not getting the attention then you want it, wheather it what you want or not, its if you know how to control it and realize that.
