    Hey im Greg im new here. Im 18 and recently got a 1998 ext cab tacoma. its my second truck the first being a 1993 v6 automatic ext cab toyota.

    Welcome to TacomaWorld!.... How's the frame on that truck? Hit any small rust spots with a hammer, especially where the rear spring shackle is welded to the frame. The frames rust from the inside out and a small rust spot could be hiding major rust corrosion. Don't mean to worry you, just want to make sure you bought a safe truck.
    I had a 95 Tacoma, I thought it was fine untill I hit it with a hammer and caved in a big hole. I was shocked.
