    Do you mean rivits?
Well iv seen ways people have made first gen grill with removable mesh. They basically incorporate bolts around the inner part of the grill into the fiberglass and the bolts go through the mesh and are secured with nuts and washers. I'm just saying he won't do it

I am second owner, did not know anything about Toyota frame rust issue,
I am out of 15 year limit window. Sucks to be me. I may try to fix it myself,
if possible, love my truck and don't want to spend money on a newer good used Tacoma.

No but really that sucks big time. Are you going to try and find another frame and swap it?

    Look at build!
The bolt thing was an epic fail on mine unless you got some good epoxy..i even fiberglased some too and they didnt hold either! I ended up using zipties on mine and havent had any issues with it and its still "removable"

I dunno no offense but maybe you didn't do it right. Fiberglass can bond pretty much anything. Or maybe your supplies weren't to good. I get a hook up on resins and glass fiber from my girlfriends work. She works for a composite aircraft manufacturer. When I make mine I'll post pics

oh i know i had some cheapo bondo resin but it still should have ben plenty enough...the hardest part was just keeping the bolts in place while it hardens...but as i said the zipties work perfectly fine and is way faster and no worse nor better than the bolt methad IMO

Beautiful truck man, very tastefully modified.

Can we get some specs on the lift & wheel / tire combo?

I totally get what your sayin man! I'm still figuring out how to hold the bolts in place while it cures. I was thinking c-claps with wax paper to Keep things from sticking to the clamps. And yeah bondo resin should have worked fine iv used that stuff before to fix the bumper on my Scion TC.

Hell i just used it to build my new sub box lol but yea i found the ziptied being way simpler and cheaper than nuts and bolts...all though i did tap some threads into my toyota emblem and used the same epoxy and it worked fine on it so idk
