    They're actually tough to find down here. There was one gas station right around the corner that carried them, but they shut down when gas hit 4 bucks a gallon. Now I just pick some up whenever I see them.

    Nothing like an Acid and a cold brew sittin' 'round a bonfire!

    Good luck w/ the court date. From briefly reading the posts, sounds like you have a good lawyer. Step one. It's your decision on if you want to countersue, maybe just for court and lawyer costs. But, it sounds like he really doesn't have the money to get from anyway. Either way it sucks that you have to waste your time on this petty shit.

    It's funny and pathetic about this "just sue them" mentality that people have. I had a college law class a few years back, and the professor asked us what the #1 hobby of Americans was. To sue.
