so one day i was offroading in my 2000 tacoma and everything was fine. afterwards i drove to the gas station to fill up and when i was finished i tried to drive off, but the truck wouldnt start. what was wierd was that all my electronics were off. i opened the hood and after wiggleing the neg battery cable my electronics came back on. i closed the hood and went to start it but when i turned the key the electronics went out again. so i just kept wiggling the cable trying to start it for about 7-10 times until it started. after it started i turned it back off then restarted it and it worked just fine, and still works fine to this day. WTF HAPPENED???

Get some of that battery terminal cleaner and a wire brush and clean every ground that's easy to get to then tighten the hell out of them. You should be fine after that.

I never had the starting problem
But I've had fading electrical systems before and it was pissing me off untill I did the above now it all works perfect.

This was my guess...Either the lead or a ground. Anytime there is a electrical issue...I start with the battery and the grounds...

Glad it worked out for you man!!
