I dont think UGA deserves going to the SEC championship. They didnt have a tough schedule and if they played Arkansas like Carolina did UGA would not be the leader of the east. Carolina should be going to the championship cause we beat Georgia and had a tough schedule. This is my opinion. But thats fine they going to get ran over by LSU next week. And whats the percentage of UGA winning against LSU. Georgia is good but not that good to beat LSU. And if Carolina went to the championship we would probably lose just like UGA is bout to do. But atleast we would have won the East.

BUT...you didn't win the East, and you don't get to play in Atlanta. We're not the same team we were when we played y'all in September.

 

I started to respond to this but let it go. I'm getting tired of hearing how we didn't play anybody. And we can all talk "ifs" all day long.

 

I'll be honest...we didn't really play anyone. We had the "Easy SEC" schedule this year. Either way, we only lost 1 SEC game, and SC lost 2, therefore, we play and they don't. They controlled their own destiny and they blew it. We took care of our business.

If a frog had wings it wouldn't bust its ass every time it jumped, but it doesn't. If they had taken care of their business, they'd be playin in ATL, but they didn't.

 

I agree, a playoff system would solve a ton of problems. However, the money schools get from bowl games means that they are not going away anytime soon.

 

Shit....I'm glad we don't have to play them, I know it'd be a beatdown, no way around it....wish you guys the best though.

 

I know the schedule was soft, I'm just tired of hearing it already. But the irony is SC played almost the same schedule. Even Spurrier was quoted to saying that.

 

It might still be a beatdown, but at least we get to play in it. After the way our season started, I'm glad we get to at least try for it.

That's true. We played Ole Miss instead of Arky. That looks like about the only difference at a quick glance.
