What do you guys, who know think about the area and/or the builder?

I've got friends there on the south side of the lake since 1981. It's a sharthole. Do you have kids? All you can say about it is the houses are cheap. Do you work near by?
    I 15 is a parking lot.

It gets warm there, but its a really fun area, lots of off roading, and MX'n to do. Not to far from the beach and not to far from Riverside, Temecula, and SD.

Stick on hood scoop from Autozone.
Go for it! SD is about an hour south and LA is about an hour north!
