Is this a good starter lift for the price?

Ive done a lot of reading on this forum and other sites about different lifts for my truck. Ive found that spacers are shit and blocks are the worst way to lift. I came across the Toytec 3 inch lift with 881 coils and rear AAL. Its roughly $310 with 881 coils and $260 with the 882 coils. Would yall recommend this lift and if so, should I go with the 881 or 883 coils? Thanks for the feedback in advance

New or used? What shocks are included with it?

Man, if it were me, I would save up a bit more cash and get the complete lift package with the 5100s... Just my opinion. ;)

+1, the link that you (OP) posted still has spacers in the lift.

Go with Eibach coils/bilstein 5100's for 3'' up front and an AAL in the rear.

Some really good advise that I got from a local off roader is that whatever kit you are looking at, aim one higher. You said 'starter kit', might as well just hold out and get a kit you know you will be happy with instead of having to tear down your truck later on and getting a better kit, waste of money. I started with just wanting the $500 Pro Comp kit, then the OME, then the Toytec Ultimate Lift Kit, then Fox, and now I am settled on getting the Icon shocks with TC control arms and Darkar leaf pack, might as well get it done right the first time. It will take me a while to save up for this setup but Im pretty sure I wont want to get anything else after, I think all you can really do after what I want is probably LT which I know for a fact will not be doing anytime soon. Good luck with whatever you decide to do though.

don't waste time or money on a "starter" lift. ..save your money and do it the way you want it the first time. it's a lot cheaper in the long run.

i'd also suggest going to ..they have everything you need to do it right the first time. ..and they're great to deal with.
