What size is most of the BOB? like a duffle bag or small backpack? i keep most of my stuff tucked behind or underneath the back seat and in the glove box.

i'd like to have it all in a bag but don't want take up a seat in my truck.

Backpack style....think about weight and being inconspicuous should you have to go out on foot. Make sure you don't look like the guy who has prepared and has a ton of goodies to steal!

I have an $100 o-light and it is 350 lumens. Plenty for what I we need and tends to hold a decent battery. I would like to light that runs on AA or AAA since they are so common but the more I read the 123 is not that uncommon. Also with a AA or AAA the lumen capacity is garbage!

That second link is GREAT (man of action). Thank you!

I bought some of the pocket ref books he refers to for Christmas gifts to give to some friends and my dad, and I know they'll love them. Picked up one for myself as well. Very cool site, thanks for sharing.
