    DJ Micro
    Guns n Roses
    Nickleback
    Radiohead
    311

Since buying my truck on Saturday...

Interpol - Our Love To Admire
    The Cure - Seventeen Seconds
    The Cure - Faith
Junior Boys - In The Morning
    Depeche Mode - Exciter
The Church - The Blurred Crusade
    Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures
    New Order - Substance
Echo And The Bunnymen - Crocodiles
The Chameleons UK - Script Of The Bridge
    The Cult - Love

All on the four factory speakers. Bass distortion and door rattle noise on the bottom door speakers when playing The Cure's Seventeen Seconds, Depeche Mode's Exciter, and Junior Boys - In The Morning. I suspect that the previous owner put the speakers through some abuse (previously owned 2007 Tacoma with 9,4000 miles), as bass and treble levels were at top number when I first turned on the stereo, but, then again, they are factory speakers that demand low expectations. Of course, anything is an improvement over my previous vehicle, a 1999 Corolla where the CD player had not worked at all for the past three years, and I'm just glad that I can listen to CD's in the vehicle again instead of the basic area radio stations.

The Cult - Love is one of the Ultimate Driving Albums, so I'm glad that it sounds decent in my truck. When I'm elected President, I'll make it a national law for every motorist to drive down a rural road playing The Cult's "She Sells Sanctuary" at least once a month.

As with my previous vehicle, I don't like keeping original CD's in a car, so I take my most-frequent-listens, burn copies, and keep the CD-R's in my glove compartment. I also enjoy making mix CD's, so I keep those in there as well. No problems from the vehicle playing CD-R's, so that's great.

I don't have the dedication to burn 6 cds. I think I have a Beck CD in there, but I mostly just listen to the radio or my intake. My commute is 2 miles and I do all my shopping/eating within a 5 mile radius.

I Don't listen to cd's too often, I prefer my Sirius 23 Hair Nation, but to chill out I switch to the Cd, and have a selection of Hawaiian Slack Key. Great to relax with.
