well finally just called all pro and flat out asked them what to do. they recommend welding them on around the perimeters and then putting a couple bolts through it as well???????????? Hell if thats the case i might as well just save myself the price of having someone weld them on and just bust some knuckles all over again and bolt them back on????? i dont know it kinda feels like the same ole song and dance with their customer service as always.

Sounds like he's giving a typical CYA answer. He probably can't "officially" tell you to modify them, or mount them outside of the design spec.

think what i may do is see if you (xoduece) want to meet up some saturday to show me that place in fultondale and get them to just run a bead on the spots they can get to then when i get some free time slowly run the other bolts in it. that way they are on there and i can do the "cya" as i feel but until then i can worry about other things.

I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
white was my #2 just because it doesn't show scratches and looks so damn good with all black stuff. I'm trying my best to stay around 23-24 max.

I'd be happy to. If memory serves, I don't know that they're open on Saturday. I had to go during the week. Other place in town that has good fab guys is Blue Torch Fab. I'll send you a PM and see what we can work out.

hmm that would be a bit of a pinch then unless they will be open the last week of the year. but then id have to get off my butt and get the sliders before then and im sure brian is sick of seeing me at his house.....lol

but i think what i am going to do is just start off by putting the 3 or 4 bolts in on each side that dont require drilling then the 4 countersunk ones on each bottom and just know that they are only steps for a lil bit then find a time to get the front leg welded on and maybe one or two beads hit on the L bracket and will be good to go after that.
