I looked on it...couldn't see anything weak. It's a pretty large strong piece of glass.

My endurance is definitely down from doing the low rep/high weight routine. I didn't do the 7 down from lockout (more of a tricep movement and I do those on an arm day) which left me 21s each time. I completed 56 out of the 63 reps while changing the weight each time. The flyes ended up being great right after that many reps. I could really feel the burn holding 4 seconds each rep. Close Grip Incline was tough especially on my triceps at this point. I ended up doing 30 and 24 pushups for those sets. I also added some dumbbell pull overs at the end. Overall, the amount of reps in the workout is exactly what I was looking for. I do not have a partner that goes with me so sometimes I am limited in the gym I go to. I would probably add something to work the lower pec, but other than that it worked out really well. Thanks for the hook up.

wow i just found this thread great info.

here is a little history on me. i have been fat my for as long as i can remember, there have been a few times i have lost weight (the most was 70 pounds back in 2007, i went from 300 to 230) with that said i have always gain back my weight for one reason or another. well last April i decided to do things a little different. before i would run as much as i could and diet well this time i joined a gym and decided to lift, run and diet. for the last 3 months i have been doing a variety of things because i hit a plateau. from April to august i lost 30 pounds since September i have not lost a pound. the one thing i have been doing is jumping in the bod pod to check my lean muscle mass and my fat %
back in late august i checked and i had 166 pounds of lean, then in late September i check and i had lost 6 pounds of lean (was down to 160) this was very discouraging but with the help from a trainer (i am now in team training) he got me on the right track so about 2 weeks ago i checked it again and i had lost 3% of my body fat and had gained 9.6 pounds of lean muscle (i went to 169.6)
it is amazing what happens when you eat right.

anyway i can feel myself getting stronger every day, i am in team training 3 times a week. after that i go to a ride class for 45 minutes. then on my off days (tues, thurs, sat) i do an hour to and hour and half of cardio. i take Sundays off unless i missed a day somewhere in the week.

here are my goals, to get down to about 15% body fat and gain 15 more pounds of lean muscle mass. that would put me at 185 pounds of lean and about 212-215 overall weight. by the way i am 6' 3"
my other main goal is not size but endurance, i hunt a lot and i want to be able to climb any mountain out there with a very heavy load and worry about it.
i was working my legs almost exclusively until September, so my upper body has some catching up to do.

as of this morning i was 248 so i have a ways to go but i am not stopping i will get to my goal and stay there this time.

muscle ups are fucking crazy difficult to go for reps with great exercise though imo it's the squat of the upper body :)

Im trying to gain weight and I can't!! Im 6ft 158 lbs. 6 pack, really defined. my max bench is about 260, im strong for my size. I have been trying to eat better, have been having eggs on occasion after my lifts, and protein shakes. Maybe I don't have the right kind of protein? I know you guys are just going to say eat more, but I have been trying. My friend and i lift about 5 days of the week. We do one muscle group a day. For example
    monday-chest
    tuesday-back
    wednesday- shoulders
    thursday- legs
    friday-arms

Does that sound right? We hit it hard too. By the way I am 19 years old.
