i started eating Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches every morning when i was really into working out and id eat about 6 eggs after a work out with a whey protein shake on the side...helped me gain about 8lbs in one week but after that week it slowed down and i just had to work out to keep it on then i started eating chicken and steak at least 1 or 2 times a week along with the pb&j and eggs, this helped me gain about 4-5 more lbs but i have not worked out in about a month and lost alot of mass:(

and i forgot to say that im 18, 5'9, 145lbs and dont wory about ur weight to much.....you will gain more weight as you age, my cousins and brother have told me this bc they were the same way and same attitude..."im small and want to weigh more" and now that their older the weight piles on easier, we're still young and have growing to do

Then why do people always ask how can I get a 6 pack?

If you don't have abs they are very hard to get....without dedication.

Baseball, when I went to boot camp at age 20, I was 6'1", 155-160. 8 weeks later I was 6'1", 170-175. French toast, eggs, PB and J sandwiches and meat and potatoes every day for 8 weeks.

When I went the federal police academy I was around 172, and 8.6% bf. I ate tuna, fruit, and eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and maybe a pizza a week. I worked out twice a day, got up to 179 and 5.3%.

Hater's gonna hate but, just eat bro. EAT! Trust me, your body can handle a few more grams of fat and some carbs.

any muscles is hard to get with out dedication.....gotta be dedicated in anything you do in the gym, once you start getting abs tho its the easiest muscle to tone...you just gotta break it out of the fat first

for those who are looking to drop a lil weight while they try to gain abs a little helpful hint is to eat plenty of peppers such as Bel peppers or banana peppers, it helps get the metabolism started and burns calories faster. the hotter the pepper the faster your metabolism will be

just though id share this...not trying to be a trainer or anything bc i def dont know enough to say i am

Genetics play a role, no doubt. Most are scared of fats and carbs. Without them you'll stay where you are.

Abs are easy to get with a strict diet and training regimen. Me, coming from 215+ at 5'6.5" and at least 40% to 170 5% BF on stage, I know what it takes first hand.

    Also:
Cold water with ice in the AM

Eat every 3-4 hours (small meals that consist of carbs/fats/protein)

Tuning the water to cold a few times prior to exiting the shower

1 "cheat" MEAL every week or two (assuming you've been eating clean)

    Etc

I wanna go to king soopers and get the peanut butter that you can make. They have a big bucket of peanuts and you push a button and it grinds up the nuts and gives you peanut butter. Simply amazing.

I said i have a 6 pack to better describe my body, its my genetics. Barely had to do anything to get them. I want to gain weight because weight equals muscle. I feel like if I go to the gym 5 days a week and im not gaining weight, am I getting stronger/ building muscle?
