Just wanted to chime in and say that ordering and installing equipment from ********* was a pleasant experience. I have personally read a ton of negative feedback on this site and would like to say that everything went well. It also takes a ton of the guessing out of purchasing and installing a quality sound system if you do not have a certain level of experience that others have. It can be a very intimidating experience to tear your truck apart to upgrade audio equipment but ********* made it very fun and I learned quite a bit! My order came quickly and all of my merchandise was neatly packaged. Thank you *********!

Did they give you a discount to post this? Just out of curiosity... Or :spy:

I haven't used ********* because I would much rather support Mr. Marv. That having been said, why is it unreasonable to believe that some just might have had a good experience, and just might feel compelled to let others know that just maybe they aren't as bad as they are made out to be.
There are literally hundreds of people who have expressed negative opinions of ********* that have never even used them. Why wouldn't someone simply say, "FYI, it worked for me" without having been paid?

For all I know they are crooks, but I want as many opinions as possible for all vendors, both good and bad. For that reason, I don't think people should have their motives questioned when they post reasonable and, in all likelihood, innocent comments.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying their products are terrible. They have just had issues with customer service in the past. The reason I ask if they offered OP a discount was simple, they asked me to do it... You wont find a post from me though, I didn't write one (thought it was odd, almost as if they were buying "good graces"... I'm using one of their sub boxes 10" shallow mount. ;)

I agree, Mr Marv is the man. Bought my front and rear Hybrid Audios from him. Easy guy to talk to, and one of the most knowledgeable I have ever met.

No, I did not get paid to write this message. I know that there a lot of people on this forum that would like to upgrade their audio and felt like this may help somebody that was unsure of ordering from them. I invested a lot of money with *********, it was a big purchase, and was happy with the results. Its not easy to drop a ton of coin on something that you read a ton of negative reviews about so I felt like sharing my experience. That is all.

For what it's worth, I too ordered something from ********* a few months back and apparently I fat fingered the "complete order" button or something and I received a refund for the mistakenly placed second order and a quick note stating that my parts were shipped the following morning. Everything I ordered - some aftermarket door speaker mounts - arrived in a couple days and worked as advertised.

    Your mileage may vary.

You know, I am starting to notice this trend as well. Hopefully their customer base will continue to grow. I like have a specialization audio company directing their products toward the truck I own. All I know is what my experience was, so I am glad to see it has changed.
