But, I bought another Toyota. As my user name states "Toy4Life".;)

It's a 1992 Toyota 4Runner SR5 V6 4x4, 116,500 miles, fully loaded. She needs a little bit of work, but for the price and condition, I don't regret the purchase. Due to questionable finances, there will be no major modifications anytime in the near future. Just necessary repairs. Here are a few pictures I took right after getting home with it today.

Yeah, I need to get new seat covers. And, although these 4Runners are known for rear end sag, there is about 200lbs of tools and auto fluids in the back. without that, it sits level.

Thanks, Will. 1st thing will be some bigger tires. Right now it's got 235/75/15 BS Deullers. They are pretty worn, but not done yet. I also gotta hit up Bob for another TW sticker.

I appreciate the offer Will. Let me see what happens over the next few weeks. I too, would rather have ATs, but beggars can't be choosers I guess. I'd have to find some wheels to accomodate them.

    Will do.:)
I think it is in good condition for it's age. It was a southern runner, so rust hasn't destroyed it yet. The trick will be keeping it that way.

it may cost a little bit.............but you can sand the frame a bit if it needs it....pressure wash it really good, and buy cans of rubber undercoating for it.......and that should work pretty good to keep the rust at bay.

sweet! looks good. i have a soft spot for 4 runners and land cruisers. i like the 1st and 2nd gen 4 runners the best, the 3rd gens look to "soft". even though its not a power house, like you said, that should be a reliable badass ride
