ive pushed all my grudges aside, i found a better house i might go try to apply for a loan, see how far away i am from getting approved for one. I think this one holds better hope if i can get one, and the seller is generous.

 

This is one of three jobs for me so having no access is kind of nice. I have an excuse.

But lucky for me, things are pretty much done (hopefully) by the people that work for me, I just double check over things in case there were things that they need help with.

 

You didn't get pre approved? You might want to look into getting pre approved first. You'd be surprised what amount you can get. Sometimes that will make a big difference in the houses and areas that you can look for. If you are are pre approved and find a house that you really love, then the process goes rather quickly. If you are not pre approved and there is someone else going after the same house, you might lose your chance because of pending a loan.

 

no, i got a small loan a few months back to start building credit. my mom went yesterday and talked to the realtor that has it right now, we went and looked at it the day before, and she said he was enthusiastic on the price is negotiable part. that the guy that owns it is a german that lives in d.c. paid cash for it cause he wanted some of the land that was with it. he bought it with 100 acres and is selling 40 of it, the house is listed with 10 right now with the option of buying the other 30. and he wants to sell the house so someone that will preserve it and not tear down the old barns and such. which i absoolutly love the old barns on the property. they are still in really good shape, and its got 2 stalls, one for my horse and one for me to be able to have my sale pony and start my side business. the house has been on the market since july, the german bought it in june

it would be a dream come true.

 

So who is buying it, you or your mom?

4th one down on needmore rd. it has 2 creeks and a spring house on it. the giant barn is where the horses would be, the little one is just a really neat old building

its about 50k over what i had my max at 7 miles away from work too. the realtor said the guy isnt going to sell to just anyone, so if i could sit down and talk with him, maybe he would be willing to work with me.

i would need to talk to the boss about a raise too so i could support myself a little better, if not it would be ramen everynight done it before though

ahh im gonna faint.

so i work at a health center here, and one of our board member owns a local real estate agency around here, another board member is a manager at the local bank, which is the one i bank with, another board member for the health center is a board memeber of the bank also, and my grandfather was childhood friends with the president of the bank.

OMG!

 

pigs are amazing animals, you feed a pig an apple...it makes bacon. its amazing
