lol bear hunting is a short adrenaline rush, when you actually see the bear... fox hunting is the whole time. your running balls to walls through the woods jumping over crap everywhere, all day from sun up to sun down, very strenuous too.

oh. well thats old man fox hunting. i can drive 5 miles from here and sit in a stand for 4 hrs and kill a fox without breaking a sweat. i was just referencing chasing an animal 3 times your size through briers and woods and then shoot him out of a tree not knowing whats gonna happen when he hits the ground. that's some hard core stuff.... but i recess this thread jack. both forms of hunting have their pros and cons for different people.

I likely will never eat horse meat, but I don't care if others do.

I'm not sure why, but I have never liked horses or horse people. Everyone that I have ever know who owns horses is weird. Most of them are not what you would call anywhere close to wealthy, yet they spend tens of thousands of dollars on the horse, boarding, feeding, vet bills, etc.

I knew one girl who lived in an 1100 sq ft mobile home with her husband and child, but had a 8 horse stable on the property that was over 2700 sq ft. - very odd!

I'd rather eat a mustang than drive one.

Unless it's a late 60's model, in which case I'd make an exception... Plus the meat would be really tough at that point.
