    BOTH LCA'S bushing's ball joints have been replaced by toyota under warrenty
    1 was done a year ago and the other 6 months ago....
    ill find out when i take it all apart soon

    and yea fat bobs had them to my door in less then a week with a rma postage for the box for the return trip.....hell i didnt even need the ball joints as they were just done a few months ago also under warrenty by them.....
    but ill put them on anywqay......
    props to them and these arms are 2 years old .....
    no questions asked....
    i hear through the grape vine they are coming out with new bushings in jan

    The main 3" wide casing is a lamination of 12 , 1/4" rippings out of the same board .

    This is just the start of the install , there is 4 elements in total that make up the top trim .

    Yeh I thought so, most people wouldn't understand how complex a "simple"turn really is, cause when it's done correct it looks like a single piece We did a house a while ago and the carpenter made a huge spiral wood staircase that took him like six months to build cause of all the pieces glued together and clamped but when it was done :drool: lookin good
