2004 Air Vent Question

    Just picked up a clean 2004 Xtracab and I have a question. My center air vents have a very anemic flow, much less than the outer 2 vents near the windows. Is this normal? Or should I expect to have to dig into the dashboard when the weather is better.

    No, they flow a lot if nothing is obstructing them. If you need to dig in, you can take a look at pics in my photo gallery titled CDashRem_01 02, 03, etc.

    I've never had it apart where the diverter door is, though.

    I had a '99 Xtra Cab PreRunner SR5 V6
    Yeah, start digging in there when the weather is right. There may be some obstruction in there causing you to get bad air flow.
