    My daughter was hit by a man driving with a revoked out of state license in a rental car who made a left hand turn into her lane. Insurance company for "fly by night" rental car company denied my claim saying that under NC law if the other driver (my daughter) was "1% liable" they could deny payment. I asked them what was the 1% that made my daughter liable? Thier response: "She should have stopped". I am paying for all of it out of my own pocket. By the way, driver of the other car was a gang banger.
