Sorry, over 50. Cannot subscribe to this thinking. I can heal the bike faster than I can heals myself at this point. No breaky my anything is my trophy. :D

I took it out once and a few times on street. Kinda heavy for the street riding. So I just picked up a 2010 Specialized Carbon Stumpjumper Comp:D. I'm building it as we speak and will have some pics up soon. . .

    Im getting there......
Dont do it man the duty fees are extraordinary! I used to race mountain bikes and I was sponsored for awhile by Rocky Mountain (Bicycle brand in Vancouver BC) I got free bicycles from them as a sponsored rider the caveat was that the duty fees were often 70% the cost of the purchase I eventually worked it out with customs since the bikes were essentially gifts...but I would never get in that situation by freewill.

Also that dent is a pretty big one I would definitely not buy that frame!

yeah i ended up not buying it. The cost of building one was insane. i could buy a new p.1 for the price. i think im just gonna wait until i can find a good used complete dj...or just get a nice all-mountain bike.

Yeah, I was questioning whether it was the AngleSet which adjusts the headangle to help fine tune straight line stability vs quick steering.

This is my current ride, a old school Klein Mantra. I purchased it new back in the early 2000s and replaced most everything except the frame, which did crack near the derailleur hanger, but Klein re-welded it and sent it back, no problems. I have been collecting parts for my next build for the past year and half. The last the of parts have been ordered and the build will start soon! I'm starting with an Intense 5.5 EVP frame, and Pike shocks and adding mostly Sram, Loaded and Hope components.
Here are pictures of the Klein before I get ready to shoot down the Scarecrow trail atop Killington Mountain in Vermont and a view from the top looking out.

^^^^That 5.5 is gonna be sick and an enormous improvement over the ole Klein.

Thanks, I bought the frame before I started building up my Tacoma and 4Runner, the project kinda took the backseat. Most of the work on the trucks has come to a coasting point and I can get back to business finishing it. With the 5.5, I couldn't really skimp, so I have been taking my time. I'll post a build thread.
