    it comes with everything. They are brand new in the box. I found out about the Kragen Group Buy after I bought these and am going to go that route instead. I also have another Westin set that has been on the truck for a week that I am going to sell for $60.

    I redid them. I know they were up there at first or the picture gods would have descended upon me within 5 minutes and tell me to load them. Maybe with the updates the other night they were lost in computer land.....
