I'd be interested, I've been looking for something like this for awhile. The stock mud flaps get trashed when your offroading because their so rigid. I was hoping for something flexible like the urathane mudflaps that rally armor make for subaru's. Those take a beating and are flexible.

It is about 5.5ins in the front from bottom mudflap to the ground and roughly 8ins in the back. This on stock size tires and no lift. Any decent sized speed bump and I scrape in the front almost ever time. When I encounter a big speed bump I worry every time that the stockers are going break. Ill post some pictures up in a few days of the prototypes I am making.

Is it the shape your interested in? Or how it mounts?

Here is my extremely crude drawing of what I had in mind.......

There will be three types of mudflaps I will be making
Stock Size:+1,+2,+3 (inches extended inward and outward from stock)
    Low profile:-1,-2,-3 (inches off stock)
    Lifted:+1,+2,+3,+4 (inches added to stock)
    +1,+2,+3 (inches extended from stock)
Variable: Square [ or stock imitation (

    The picture below shows
    STOCK
    WIDE
    LIFTED
    [IMG]
** Please note that when the mudflaps are extended it will be both outward and inward****

Depending on the kind of mudflap I would say between 65$-100$

Most lifted guys run wide tires, not pizza cutters. Might want to make them long and wide. 33x12.5's here

Edit: Another thought... maybe some rubber that's a little more rigid. Every time i see stock mudflaps on a moving truck they are flexed all the way back from the wind.

I've got my stock ones cut down (using a band saw and cut-off wheel), and I like them pretty well.. but if the ones you are making look more professional, I might be interested (and if the price is right).

Depending on how many people are interested in low profile ones I will make those as well. The mudflaps will be made in the mindset for the offroader and people that dont want broken mudflaps and chips in their paint.
Also the stock mudflaps have dug into my fenders leaving a mark. I only have 24k on my truck.
