Try Lexology in Redondo Beach. Its off of Aviation. They just built an FJ and are trying to get more offroad vehicles in their shop. Always good work, and good guys.

Pull up a general instruction guide and try to do it yourself. Always good to be able to learn how to do things like this yourself

No worries. Those guys are also the only place I take my truck to get serviced when I dont have the time to do it myself.

    Really?

A good 4x4 mechanic to install lights?

    It's not rocket surgery.

    That's a joke.

Point is any flunky at Car Toys can install lights if you don't want to do it yourself. No need to find a 4x4 mechanic.
