Well run the tower in turnouts on air and with a high rise pack. Run till your out of air. Not till the vibralert activates, but till your literally suckin the face piece and not getting anything.

Thats an average time. Even some of the freakiest in shape cardio guys I know only last mid 20s on a 30min bottle. We just changed to 45min bottles. All depts in L.A. County did. Suckers are heavy

Well... Last night was day 1 of Crossfit. Absolutely kicked my ass! There were 5 other people doing the circuit at the same time, all of which just so happened to be women. Out of the 6 of us... I was the only one who couldn't complete the entire circuit . I mean, I was doing more weight though too. The circuit was 5 rounds: 10 Kettlebell raises (up to chin instead of swiging), 10 Burpee pullups, 10 sand bag squat presses, and 10 calories on the rower was each circuit. I got through 4 of the rounds. The burpee pullups just killed me, as I experienced terrible nausea doing them in the later rounds... Glad I got that first one out of the way. Can't wait for my cardio to get back into shape.
