    evening all: the usual, didn't see a tail today.
    darn, dont make cookies. but I get my share. use the barter system; make plumb puddings, and pineapple upside down cakes. that's the extent of my baking. the PUDC's are different than most. I still use a cast iron pan and the gooey part seems to be thicker. pretty easy to make.

    the plumb puddings are a pain in the butt.

    keep waiting for one to step out in my yard. there's a huge buck in the area. would be nice to go outside, and see him standing. last time two of the local big boys never made it to hunting season. both were shot at night. :mad:

    Morning all! Still raining a bit this morning but supposed to stop and clear off, just be cooler that it has.

    I see 4 doe in our fields every day - normally they swing by withing 50 yards of the house looking for food.

    Any MILSURPLUS collectors here? I picked up a gorgeous Enfield No.5 Mk.I Jungle Carbine yesterday. Can't wait to put some .303 through it.
