    though with some of the assisted...they're pretty much switches already; I never really understood why only switches are illegal.

    never new that. i know dad got the S&W. get works in LE and carries. one and i found the black one.

    must be it. well damn! i’ll just have my dad or bro keep them. bro is a cop and dad works for TWRA= are state fish and game.

    edit: the S&W as the state wildlife agency badge stamped on the back. i know someone dad know from work got them from S&W and had it stamped on the back and sold it to the other officers. and dad got 3. 1 for each of us boys.

    I have a couple of Spydercos and a CRKT and they are really great knives. These three are my favorites though:

    I carried the Benchmade and Cold Steel in Iraq and Afghanistan. They are thoroughly used and have a lot of sentimental value. The Yarborough lives in my gun safe until it is time to pass it down to one of my boys.

    FWIW Benchmade's Life Sharp program rocks. Great knives and a great company. I have sent my knife back to them twice and both times it came back completely refurbished.
