After adjusting my eibach/bilstien setup from 0 to .85 and installing LR uca to correct my caster, I had an alignment done at the dealer. All turned out well on paper.

    LF RF
    0.4 camber 0.3
    2.3 caster 2.3
    0.01 toe 0.01

Driving home I realized my steering wheel wasn't quite straight, slightly drifts to the right and i have a vibration that i think is my driveline, which can be common with a lift. I tried adjusting my CB to fix the vibe, not a big difference. I get my truck back in to the dealer to straighten my steering wheel and my toe is way off LF -0.11 RF -0.14 ....WTF! They tell me I must have hit a pot hole (not), they re-align to the previous specs, tell me they centered my steering wheel and send me on my way. Well, wheel is still off, still drifts to the right, and vibe is still there, though not as bad.

So I need some help moving forward here. The same tech worked on this both times. Is it possible he screwed it up twice? All help is appreciated.

    Thanks

The dealership wouldn't be my first choice to align a Taco with LR UCA's but stranger things have happened.
My guess is that this is the first time this tech has seen LR UCA's and he didn't torque the BJ nut to 120 ft. lbs.

    See attachment.

Definately take it somewhere else that deals with lifted vehicles.

UCA were installed per the instructions by me, and were not adjusted by the tech during the alignment. The problem is how did the toe adjustment get so out of wack? Could it be he didn't tighten the tie rods properly after setting the toe?

Just further reinforcement to take it somewhere else. Cut your losses, this is not your guy.
Make sure the cams are in position "D" and that they're torqued to 120 ft lbs.

Remember the preferred post-lift alignment numbers are :

    toe around 0*
    camber around 0*
    caster between 2.4 & 3.1*

I got an "alignment" done by the dealership after lifting with Billies to 1.75". You wouldn't believe the hard time they are giving me over the fact that the camber is much to far from zero imo (0.6 passenger, 0.9 drivers). I seriously heard so many lies, with each guy saying something different to the next and even themselves... The service really have no idea and just spout off. The mechanic admitted (eventually) that he has room to improve it, so it's back there now.

I've had it with dealerships. It's a constant shitfight to get anything done properly, which they of all people should be striving to do, let alone the fact that you pay top dollar to get you vehicle worked on there.
