I previously had my truck lifted in the front with 5100s set at .85 with Eibachs. Everything was very smooth after a wheel alignment.

Last week I installed the rear 2" AAL (non TSB) and now I have vibes from the line, around 20mph, and when I'm slowing down under 20 mph.

Any ideas what I should try first? Another alignment? shims? CB drop?

    Kingmoo,

I have the same set up in front and also had no issues. I went with a 1.5"AAL with my tsb and picked up some vibes. Basically just a little a take off then some around 60mph. I do feel something when slowing down and could be around your 20mph mark as well. I did the CB drop and it helped a bit at take off but didn't so anything for the other 2. I have shims but have not tried them yet. they were a PITA to align when I first installed the AAL I just left them out.

i have stock UCAs as everything was i spec with a lift under 3"
I keep seeing the diff drop is useless on some 2nd Gen models, can't remember which ones though.

Since this started after adding the AAL, I'd recheck the rear geometry.

You may need to add some washers to your carrier bearing bracket.

Eibach coils. 5100's all around. AAL. WickedFlow
    Shims or carrier bearing drop.

It's not a front diff issue. It's a drive line angle issue after lifting the back.

I've got the same lift setup. I only have take off vibes. Let us know what u end up going with!

Before adding any drops, or spacers, check the torque of the U bolts. They need to be about 80 lbs-ft or so. Most people seem to under torque them.
