Ok so I called jegs and they told me exactly what wheels would fit my 1996 Toyota Tacoma and I tried to get them put on today and they rubbed the caliper when the wheel was put on the the hub. I need to know exactly what wheels will fit that are 15x7 6x5.5
    Thanks

there was a write up, up here where someone simply grinded a small area away on the caliper and the wheel fit fine.. the area that was rubbing was just a small portion of the caliper.

Thats why you dont trust what businesses say and you order through them, that way if they mess up the size and fitting, they can send them back at there expenses and not yours.

You might clear with a wheel spacer a tiny 1/4" if you really want to keep the wheels. I got a pair for sale brand new.

That's what I have but a 15x7 but my problem is that I have to 15x7's because I just got new tires that are 15x7. But will the 15x7 tire fit on a 15x8 wheel?

15x7 is not a tire size. What size tires did you get? It should say 31x10.5x15 or something like that on them.

I know it's not a tire size my tires are the stock size that come on a 1996 Tacoma so they are 265/75/R15's

You can grind down the caliper, which many guys have done or you can buy 1/4" wheel spacers from any auto part store and most tire stores. I've been running 1/4" across the desert for 3 years and I've never had a problem. They're very small and won't harm anything. However, your stud will be shortened but I use them without a problem.

    Mine look like this.
