    Thanks for info, I didn't realize the additional 0.21" backspacing vs stock would pose a rubbing issue. How much distance is between stock tire / wheels and the UCA?

    does anyone know if raceline renegades will fit my reg. cab '11 tacoma? as far as backspacing and offset? 0 offset and 4.5 backspace?

    No lift, 265/75/16 . The guys at les schwab said they would fit, but sticking out an inch. Is that a problem? Sry, I'm obv. New to all this

    With 0 offset and 4.5" baqckspacing, that means they are 8" wide.

    Stock backspacing is 5.5", with 7.5" wheels. Therefore your new wheels will stick out 2" further than stock.

    I'm not sure what the law is in Idaho but in Utah/Cali if the wheels stick out further then your fenders you can get pulled over and may not pass safety

    Bob, you seem to be a good source for this...Please take a look:

    Lift + Wheels/Tire Combination right?
    Getting ready to put on Toytec Ultimate Lift Kit with UCA's and AAL's for 3 " lift on '05 Tacoma TRD Sport 4DLB 4WD.

    Heres the Wheel/Tire Combo I'm looking at now:
    • 16 X 8 Ultra Drifters with 4.88" Backspacing and 10mm offset
    • BF Goodrich Rugged Terrain 285/75/16

    i am running 16x8 V-Tec Raptors on my truck but i tried 3 other sets of wheels that, according to the fitment guide should have fit, but didn't. you can't judge the fitment solely on the backspace and offset - it's more a function of the design of the wheel: the the depth of the mounting pad in relation to the angle created by the arms/spoke/plate and where it joins the actual rim. the center line of the wheel can remain the same in terms of offset but the arms/spokes/plate of different wheel models can vary in shape and where they intersect the outer rim. i called Pro-Comp and they said their wheels wouldn't fit my application - yet - i saw a late model taco with 17" Pro-Comps and they fit ( i actually looked at them and examined the clearance).

    some folks will run spacers, some states make that illegal, some will shave down there calipers a couple of millimeters. in the end, the only definitive answer is to fit check the wheels before you mount tires on them.

    I ordered the wheels. They were on sale for $117/each and should fit from all my investigation....Of course I could be like you and find out otherwise after they are fit on the truck.

    Those look like 18s though, possibly even 20s. It's the 16s that sometimes have issues with the calipers.

    Ok, so I got this awesome 5 lug wheel/tire set for a great price. got home, and of course, since I drive an 06 i have to cut one of the lugs off each wheel to get them to fit...well they didnt and now my 6 lug wheels shimmy A LOT when going 80+ down the highway. Any suggestions?

    Maybe some JB weld to get the lug back on?

    I have a 2010 taco access cab 6 lugs. and im thinking to put 5100s in the front to level it with 265/75/16 whats the back space & offset i need with 8" wide rims.thanks
