Not without a 2 year contract you can't. Retail on this phone is $650.

OP, is the phone BNIB or has it been used?

Why are you mucking up this guys thread with misleading information? :smack: You can't buy this phone for $199 without signing a new contract. The seller's price is quite reasonable and if wanted a contract-free Razr, I'd make this deal.

I'm not trying to muck it up. I don't see how you can have a Verizon smartphone with 4G capability without having a contract. Verizon doesn't work like that

Okay I take back my original question. Looking on craigslist in my area, the OP is selling this around and even cheaper then ones I've seen.

Verizon does actually work that way. You don't have to have a contract to be with them, but you're not getting a RAZR from them for $199 without one, it'll cost you MSRP. $199 is the subsidized price for committing to a contract.

I hate it when people say how they can get a phone for $99 or $199 or free. Yea if you want the same phone for 2 years and sign a 2 year contract with the company then yeah you can but your not going to get one for anywhere around that price with buy one out without a contract. Goodluck with sale man.

WITH a contract. Without a contract, youre gonna pay 650 or more. The price the OP is asking is a dam good deal for a great phone.
