    You aren't the first one to mention the CRT. The best part is the new monitor was given to me last winter by a friend. He told me it needed a new patch cord so I figured it was no good till then. Well, I went out ot the porch, (my storage spot for the monitor for the last 11 months), and checked the cord and I'll be damned, the end had a bend in it that made it hard to plug in. Being mechanicallly minded, I used pliers to bend it back to shape, and once again, I'll be damned, it works!:yay:

    Anyhow, thanks for the kick in the ass to get me going!:bowdown::thumbsup:
