My dad owned an Upholstery Shop for almost 20 years, let me tell you it isn't cheap. Back in the day an ornate seat done by hand and not mass produced would run 5 or 6 hundred each, and that was 10 years ago. KatSkinz I think is a brand that has made to order leather kits for most cars and trucks, I think that would be a cheaper route. And adding heat to leather seats is IMO, a bad idea, yes I know all the luxury cars have them but heat dries leather out and causes premature failure to the stitches seams. Look into a good leather conditioner if you plan to go with that option because once the leather looses it's flexability there is nothing that can bring it back to life. One other thing, make sure the leather is VAT died, being submerged and soaked in the dye, and not surface dyed, that surface color will wear off and leave you in a bad way. Good luck
