Again items fail no matter who built them sometimes.
There could have been a million causes to why both trucks failed.
We have the truck now and it will get back up and running.
Of course will will be looking closely to see what caused this failure but sometimes you can not prove what happened.
Are you saying that I am not telling the truth about the race trucks pivots?
Do you really think any shop in the world would save a very small small small amount of money and use weak pivots on customers trucks and use a few dollar more expensive on there trucks? You really believe that a shop would not sell there kit for another $20 so they could use strong pivots?
These are race proven over and over. My truck has much much more leverage on them then any truck that has left the shop.

Anyone who has met me knows im not like that.
    I am just providing information.
This will be fixed and he will be back out offroading.
If there is any design flaw or material flaw it will be dealt with and fixed.
I think this is an isolated incident.

The thing is like many others have said why not overbuild? I know you guys have raced your kit many times, but fact still stands that an arm with your name on it failed. Im not trying to talk shit, I just see a major difference in the two photos below and dont understand how you guys can defend this with "we race the same thing"

This is many point to be made of all this, from an engineering stand point, engineering 101 is to have approx 40% safety range (especially things sold to the public) in the materials you're using and the loads that will be subjected to them (don't have to be exact but its a good starting point). The mount for the LCA should tear from the frame before the pivot should rip open, also if seamed tubing is going to be used (which is okay) just should have gusset over it (even if you're sure the seam is facing into the arm).

Will give Engage props for the Customer Service that came out of this:thumbsup:
