    yea i had two different stubby antennas... they break to easily as they have no give whatsoever.

    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
    so quit hitting them on tree branches... :laugh:

    j/k :D My truck doesn't go anywhere offroad out here, so I have no problem... When I did offroad, it was in the Desert (wide open desert), so nochances of breaking out there...

    At my old place i had a thin driveway i had to back out of and the stock antenna would hit an air conditioning unit on the side of the house. I changed mine out to something like yours. i like it. No problems. Of course thats when the suspension started sagging. I wonder if that had something to do with it:p

    Yes, it's originally for a Passat I believe. I saw it on someone else's truck in another thread and thought it looked good. For only $10 it's worth the try.
