    It's an 89 Toyota Pickup. I got some stuff done to it.. FJ axles going under it soon.
    Nope, if you a certain bulb..not the 198s then you don't get hyper blink.

    and it's 35% brighter then a halogen, it's a 6 smd led..


    Dude I'm not dogging you, it's awesome the way you did it..but it's just so much work for a modification I could do in less time..it's cool you left the factory wiring alone..but nothing is really stock on any of my trucks..so yeah..I cut, bend, drill, weld, break all kinds of shit.

    Did you use a Dremel at all? ;)

    I tried it on one of em(i did 6) and it worked okay. Odd didn't know that about the LEDs cool tho.

    Dremel is one of my favorite tools for working with plastic, that's why I asked lol

    oh lol yea i used it on one, it worked great for making the hole larger, but i always resorted to a file to make it perfect.

    Toytec 2.5" lift., just the beginning. Front Builstein coil-overs fully adjustable from 0-3". 2" AAL in the rear with 2.5 degree shim. Total Chaos uni-ball UCA's.
    did you have to use any silicone around the opening? Just wondering. I want to do this mod, and swap out my blinkers for some fog lights this winter.
    P.S. I really do want a new OR bumper, but am going to wait till i trash the original. LOL.. have a few dings so far, nothing worth replacing yet.. Only time on rock will tell..

    Heck yea man thats a great idea. I figured most ppl would want to do this for that reason. The stock location of the blinkers is dumb anyways.

    To your first question tho, no i didn't. BUT i made sure the hole was good and tight around the bulb mount. If you cut it out good, the O ring that is on the bulb mount should work just fine. Also choose the location carefully on were to put the hole. Don't want to pick a part that is too curved.

    Now feel free to use silicon tho! I didn't because when i first did it i used my originals and new i was going to get clear corners. I found it worked just fine. All the pics of my truck all muddy are with just the bulbs and the housings on the inside are still clean.

    But im sure you could find a thicker O ring if your really worried about that.

    Yea i had not clearance issues. Again where you drill the hole could change that. as long as its pointing kinda upwards you should be fine

    I put an Elite on my 99' Tacoma. Blinker mod worked good; it was a little different but worked fine. Took less then 2 hours and i love how bright they are. Now its time for some sick fog lights.

    one of the blanks in the dash like the one where the locker switch would go (if you dont have a OEM locker). You push it out backwards, cut a hole in the center with a dremel and stick the switch in.
