my friend gave me a 2 week sample of his creatine. Should I expect to see minor gains? Also what do you guys think about crispy chicken sandwiches from wendys? Sometimes when I am in a rush i will grab some of those, and they are cheap. I had 3 today after I lifted, I assume there is a lot of protein in them.

I did, they have a lot. Just wondering if the amount of fat outweighs the protein..I am trying to gain weight and its hard so I figured its a decent choice

Ditch that sugar coated creatine bs and replace with Kre-Alakalyn instead. It's in a pill form, easier to take, no bloating, etc

As for the chicken sandwiches 1-crispy meaning fried? U need fats but not those fats. Each sandwich prob has what? 3 oz of frozen chicken breast in it? Yuck. Not to mention all the added crap with it. I'd ditch it.

Thanks for the advice. I don't do it every day..say twice a week. But I have to focus on better foods, I am just lazy sometimes and that doesn't mix with trying to get bigger

my legs still hurt from Wednesday!!!!!! the trainer about killed me i think. i can say that in the last 2 months i have never had sore legs until yesterday and today (i push my legs a lot). i always thought it was just because i have worked my legs so much that while i can get to failure and make then burn like hell, they do not get sore. i guess i was wrong, my hamstrings are so sore it is hard to walk right.

oh well it is just about time to meet up the trainer for my Friday burnout.

    everyone have a good weekend!

Thanks Sean, legs are getting beefier too! Not as ripped as yours, maybe when I get my BF down I'll be able to see the striation in the quads like yours

I'll post a pic soon. Never realized how awkward it is to pose and take a picture of yourself in the mirror... don't even know how i'll get a pic of my back LOL

Don't ask about my diet lol, its so random and lame...I just eat whatever.

WTF? I work out, and I've seen hidden camera videos of women checking out men that shows they look at arms the most (butt 2nd!) but those arms are just nasty. They look like one of those muscle suits people wear as a superhero costume....not to mention his swinging form is superb
