    I'm gonna have to agree. If any parts like that don't fit the way they need to they shouldn't be used. It is a significant load bearing part and needs to be put together properly.

    anyways... on a good note... head studs are scheduled for deliver monday and then I will start the process of reassembling my motor tuesday... will hopefully finish that thursday and will drop it in on saturday and finish it up on sunday....


    that is the "plan"........... *fingers crossed*

    Pounding on those clips will weaken the metal and make future disassembly that much harder. Just get the right size and don't screw up your shaft. It is gonna suck when you are out wheeling and your joint snaps apart. I have some extra OEM size clips of you want them.
