one big thing i notice is your horizon lines are crooked... theyre all slightly leaning to the left... its really easy to fix in post production... just watch for that

If you think it's something on the lens element itself, be careful in how you clean it. Use the wrong method and you might scratch the coating or the element.

I would hold the lens to the light and look across the front element while rotating the lens. If there's something there, you'll see it.

the only reason why you can't get a clear photo when using the 18-55 is because the lens is too close to your subject. Hold the camera back a bit and zoom into the subject.
I don't like the angle, and the fact you cut off some of the drum kit

exactly it was just a pain because the lighting sucked and i kept moving back and forward to try and get it to focus on the needle, i ended up having to use the MF and this is by far the best shot the rest were horrible.

really? i kinda like the fact that the while set isn't showing but thats just my opinion, but to each their own!

Ok guys, need your help. I have to submit some photos to an online gallery or magazine such as popphoto, f-stop magazine, or somewhere like that. I have a bunch of car photos that I want to submit and I was just curious on how to go about that. F-stop magazine seems to be on a portrait kick and well cars don't work too well as a portrait. But anyways...do you all know of a car site or gallery I could send it to that would be fairly simple?
