Nice tear drops man! If u want to show more in pix try rolling ur feet to the side...if that makes sense? Like ur basically bending ur feet to the sides. It'll help bring out the quads more w/out having to go a far stance.
    Keep up the great work!

Haha ya I've seen that one. Fricking Planet Fitness can suck it. They don't promote training that bodybuilding does. I wrote them a e-mail once expressing my views on how much of a joke they are.

    Tebow Time, baby!

I agree, I can't stand Planet Fitness. Their commercials are pretty hilarious, though. I can't vouch for nationwide, but the PF's around here actually got rid of their free weights completely. They also have Bagel Mondays and Pizza Tuesdays once a month as well, where members are allowed free food. I guess it's job security lol

I actually don't BB squat that much at all really, so don't know what my max would be. My current leg workout consists of leg press, hack squats, weighted box step-ups, leg extensions, Romanian deadlifts, walking lunges, lying leg curls, standing calf raise, and seated calf raise

    Lol

Cool. Just found a local facility that'll do an advanced body composition assessment for $39. Here's what they test:
    Heart Rate
    Blood Pressure
    Height
    Weight
    Body Mass Index
    Waist Circumference
    Body Fat Percentage, via:
    Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis
    Jackson Pollock Skinfolds
    Hydrostatic Weighing
Interpretation of current fitness results / counseling on future fitness goals.

so what is f'ed up on everyone shoulders?

the only reason i ask is i broke my collar bone just over a year ago. i had to have a plate and screws put in it to get it stabilized. now i know the collar bone is not really the shoulder but for the last year (since the accident and surgery) i have been having pain in my shoulder also. some days i can not do pushups because of it. i am just wondering (for all you guru's out there) is there some muscle that connects collar bone to the shoulder that could have been injured or maybe be having problems because of the surgery.

the other thing is the top part of my pec still does not have full feeling back yet.

here are some pictures of before surgery and after. there was some debate if i really needed surgery or not. i am glad i got, i shoot competition archery and my shoulder was a 1/2" shorter and lower once it broke and would have healed that way with out the surgery. it is weird to be able to feel all the screws through the skin though:eek:
