KM2s do their best work on most terrain at around 18-20 PSI.

For sand or deep snow, half that.

well my mount wasn't broken, but it was mising 3 of the 4 bolts that fix it to the frame...

i jacked it up by the drive shaft and put new bolts in...

Under it there are rubber bushings. if you think yours is shot, just crawl under and look. its at the ass end of the tranny right before the driveshaft.

I considered it also when I saw my bluebook retail and trade values went up recently. Now my '03 retails for $17,333. Someone give me that and it's gone. :p

Weather was nice today, finally got around to fixing my TPS issue. in colder weather it'd throw a CEL 2112 and about 3 others, all relating to a faulty tps. In 03 and 04 the Tacoma's run throttle by wire so instead of a 30$ TPS sensor swap like it should be, you have to buy a whole new reman'd throttle body for ~$500. The 'pump the pedal 100 times trick' sort of stopped working as it got more worn/colder. I found a guy on a forum parting out his total'd tacoma with ~48k miles on it from a salt-less state.

Bought his TB for $50 shipped, and he included the intake manifold as well.

Swapped it out and my truck no longer shits itself when it hits the dead spot on the TPS. (Between 3k-3.5k RPM) I did notice it felt smoother during acceleration as well.

also changed the oil and greased the driveline.

Yep. Mine might be the only one in Iowa with zero frame rust so it would probably pull a premium around here.

wow, I thought tacoma's were pricey here. An 04 around here will only go for about 13-15k
