    Where's your meeting point and at what time. You know I work in OTAY and could easily join you two IF the timing is right. Otay Truck trail or just simply playing it by ear in the Otay area?

    You can enter OTAY truck trail off of Otay Lakes Rd headed east. It's across from the camping grounds on your way to Jamul. You can take it to the antennas and then head South to Otay Mesa. In Otay Mesa there are some trails in and around that area. I've never taken Otay Truck trail and headed East at the top where there is a fork in the road. I'm working till about noon the latest. I'm sure that's too late for you two. Have fun. If you get stuck, give me a ring. :D

    If I remember correctly when it Y's and you go east there are a couple of gates that may not be open and you end up out on hwy 94 east of the Border Patrol check point...

    We actually didn't get started until about 11:45 and just finished up.

    I'm glad I finally found out were the entrances/exits are.
