Because your tire is B/O the shipping calc has been taken out.
Find a similar tire and run it. I'm getting like $46US per tire !

Try to stay as close to $20 per tire if you can.
Honestly, find another dealer that uses FedEx....they seem to offer the best shipping rates for tires.
I used Discounttires.com and paid around $16 for 265/70/17 recently.
They are doing 50% off shipping right now. Call and make that you are getting the discount.

Make sure that you are at the site exactly as I typed above or you will be at the wrong (and more expensive) competitor's site.

The difference is negligible for the problems 285s will give you.

So you think 285s will have barely any more problems? I ask that seriously because I'm curious of your reasoning

I think he means you don't get much more size from a 285/70/17 compared to the 275/70/17 , but considerably more issues with rubbing , spacers or aftermarket wheels , lose the front flaps , possible cab mount chop

I agree with Teamfast there. 275/70R/17 to a 285 is only a change in width, not much else. for a visible difference in width, push them out with wheel spacers.

That's just not true, it's as much gain in height as it is width.

3/8" wider and 1/2" larger diameter , making your truck 1/4" taller

    Not noticeable

1/4" may be valuable to you, however it is not visibly noticeable.
If that 1/4" is important, then do it. If its looks, then 275 is fine and push them out with a wheel spacer.

Its all about your choice and what is more important to you.

The point is I guess, is a 1/4" worth all the hassles?
