so i finally got ridiculed for owning a "foreign" truck

    so i went to lunch the other day with some old co-workers. one of the guys saw me get out of my truck and said, "oh.. you own a piece of shit foreign truck." i didnt say anything at that point because i didnt feel like i had anything to prove to him. i just let it go.
    we all sat down in the restaurant and then he went on this big tirade about only supporting american companies, only buying american, that these foreign companies are the downfall of the US economy. he also said that he was a "true texan" and only buys american. (he was born and raised in texas). and on and on....

    so after a few minutes of this, he got a text message and pulled out his iPhone. then i said, "oh ya, where do you think that iPhone of yours was made?"

    he shut his mouth at that point :)
