hey dick bag.. i mean scott...

fly south west. its usually around the same price as jet blue, and you are allowed 2 checked bags for free. I've flown them the last few years with a carry on, a huge suitcase full of all my shit, and a board bag with 3 boards, 2 sets of bindings, and a bunch of riding gear. never had any problems. my flight from Newark, NJ to Sacramento, CA this January is $320 round trip...

Cool thread, I ride a Forum Warrior 158. Drake, mikey leblanc bindings and 32 boots. I used to go 20-30 times a year when I lived in Reno and had tahoe a half hour from my house. Now I live in Elko the closest is slc. I have only been there once in the three years I've lived here. Lame.

alright well it makes me feel better to know they only have 1 1/2 trails open!

I'm starting to freak out.. I'm going to Sunday River, Maine this weekend and they only have like 18 trails open, when they should have about 4x that.

Also I'll be going to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows in Lake Tahoe, California in January and they only have like 4 trails so far.

    Its scary!

haha yeah its not much. they dont have many trails even when all of them are open! haha

but that sucks. weather has just not been cooperative lately. It sucks how the bigger resorts dont have a lot of trails open but im sure in january tahoe should be pretty close to completely open

they are having their winter kick off party or something like that. lift and lodging packages starting at $79. hopefully they won't be too crowded.. but with the lack of snow I think it should keep the crowds to a minimum.

If you end up going shoot me a pm or look for my truck in the lot. there will be beer in a cooler in the bed and you are more than welcome to grab some.
