Does anyone know the part number for the original 3 leaf packs? Does the TRD have different leafs than a non-TRD.

I have read the TSB and it specifies parts:
    48210-04570
    48210-04210

I just had it done, and got new 3 leaf packs. I think they are different than the ones I originally had, but I'm not sure. The overload leaf appears to be thicker, and the design appears different.

The parts they used for mine are:
    48220-04191
    48210-04551

I suspect these are identical replacements for what was already on the truck I am very disappointed.

The TSB number on the work order is #035-10, I think it is a typo for the correct TSB # 0359-10.

I guess I need to go back to the dealer today, I am really upset.

    What should I do?

I intended to delete the other one, I apparently cannot. I reported it, now it is gone.

I could be wrong, but I thought for the TSB you got a 4 leaf pack?

That's the issue here, I did not. I am trying to determine what I did get.

Ya, I'm not completely sure, but I know for the 2010's it was a 4 leaf pack for the TSB. I don't think it would be different for the 2011's. Maybe try calling the dealer and talking to a manager or call Toyota Corp. and see what they say.

Idiots put the same springs on instead of your correct TSB spring numbers.

They need to make it right with correct springs.

This is why it is important to have the leaf spring TSB memorized and know exactly what to expect.

Count the leaves you don't even have to get under it.

OP, The TSB spring part numbers are clearly listed on the TSB document.
Get those part numbers and simply compare them to your current springs.

The original packs were 2+1 configuration.
The TSB springs are 3+1 configuration.

3+1 means 3 normal leaves and one overload leaf.
When you stop panting and crying go back out verify. :p

    Edit:
After further review, yeah it looks like you have the wrong springs.
    Make them fix their f*ckup.

When they get done undoing their f*ckup make sure that the TSB springs are on the correct sides.

I had the TSB done at Reno Toyota, came back with 3 leaves.

I was pissed, they wouldn't help me.

Ended up letting corporate toyota know. Nothing was ever resolved so I said FU toyota and bought an AAL. Then dakars, fuck those stock leaves.

I went back and had a lengthy discussion. New parts should arrive soon.
